Hello and Welcome!!!

Welcome to New Jersey Shore Eats and Beyond!

This is my first time blogging so it might take me a while to really pull the whole concept of this blog together into one cohesive thing that people might actually want to read, but the concept of this blog is simple: if you like to eat, and are from New Jersey or are familiar with the area, then hopefully my blog entries will be of some entertainment value to you.

I am going to try to create a somewhat laid back atmosphere here and I'm certainly not going to be reviewing much in the line of 5 star restaurants. After all, New Jersey IS the diner state. I can appreciate anything from run-of-the-mill fast food to more exquisite fare, so basically if it tastes good to me, it might pop up in here.

If you couldn't tell by the name, I'm based at the Jersey Shore, but the scope of this blog will hopefully expand upon that and where ever my travels take me, hopefully some good eats will be found along the path. And as always, comments are welcome.
